At ToDoLaos (todolaos.com), we coordinate transport bookings, train tickets, private transfers, and river boat journeys across Laos. Because we reserve seats and schedule drivers directly through local third-party providers, our refund terms depend strictly on provider confirmation status.
2. Strict Non-Refundable Policy Upon Provider Confirmation
- Once Confirmed / Ticketed: Once your booking, ticket, or transfer has been processed and confirmed with our transport provider, all bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Before Provider Confirmation: If you request a cancellation before we have booked and secured your ticket or transfer with our local operator, a full refund will be issued minus standard credit card payment processing fees.
3. LCR High-Speed Train Tickets & Special Services
- Laos-China Railway (LCR) tickets and private charter bookings become non-refundable immediately upon purchase and allocation by the provider/railway authority.
- In the rare event that a transport operator or railway authority completely cancels a service (e.g., due to extreme weather or force majeure), we will assist you in processing any applicable refund or rescheduling permitted by that operator.
4. Date & Schedule Modifications
If you need to change your travel date, pickup location, or time, contact us as early as possible. While we will make every effort to request changes with the transport provider, modifications cannot be guaranteed once confirmed and may incur additional provider rebooking fees.
